Martin Körber manages large patent portfolios, attending to his client’s needs in all aspects of prosecution. His clients are internationally active corporations from the consumer electronics, communication and medical technology sectors. He is particularly experienced in standard-related patents such as 3rd generation UMTS, W-Lan, WIFI. With his extensive experience in European opposition proceedings, he has been able to establish a proven record in safeguarding his client’s scope of protection.

He is well versed in pointing out the national differences in patent law as regards legal-technical scope, and participants at the travelling workshops he holds for patent attorneys in Asia and elsewhere appreciate the applicability of his advice to their daily work. Martin Körber supervises the firm’s client relationship management programme.
