Christian Kraeh joined Mitscherlich in October 2019. With an academic background in physics and a specialization in semiconductor technology, he brings valuable insight into complex technical matters. Before joining the firm, he gained extensive professional experience in the patent department of a company specialized in systems and processes for the semiconductor market, providing him with a strong understanding of clients’ internal decision-making processes and strategic considerations.
Christian advises and represents national and international clients across a wide range of industries and technology fields, including lighting, test and measurement technology, electrical engineering, wireless communication, and semiconductor technology. His practice focuses on patent prosecution and litigation. He has gained extensive experience in German and European invalidity, opposition, and appeal proceedings.
